Event Coordinator Suki pushes HKRD Speed Dating to the International Stage

Hello, for those who are reading this article or do not know me. It’s nice to meet you all. I am Suki Chau, the event coordinator and matching consultant from HK Romance Dating.


Little things about me, I studied in the U.S. for nine years. Not only did these 9 years taught me things from the textbook and meeting interesting souls from around the world, it also shaped my joyful, outgoing and challenge-seeking personality. I graduated college with a degree in Hotel Management, and it was no surprise that my first job was in the hospitality management field. My past experiences taught me how to provide the best services to clients, as well as training and managing employees.


My favourite reality show is called If You Are the One (非誠勿擾), a speed dating show aired on Jiangsu Television. Without doubt, my favourite person there has got to be “Grandpa Meng” (孟飛老師), as I really admire his wit and how he deals with the unexpected. But what makes me enjoy watching him more is how he continuously matches single individuals together, and the sense of satisfaction when I see these people leaving the show holding hands.
